I can vouch for this story, because that's ME at the counter! I walked in, took a number and receptionist said the clerk was waiting for me to walk over to her window! This brand new building is large, well appointed, roomy, well lit, beautifully landscaped AND the staff are friendly and fantastic! The desert's best kept secret ('til now!)

Lines are beginning to form at the new California Department of Motor Vehicles field office, but haven't made much of a dent yet in the crowds at the Coachella Valley's other two locations.
